We have an open position for an internal Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing daily operations support for all internal and external customers. Customer Service Representatives should be a source of useful information regarding company products, services, policies and procedures. The Customer Service Representative should also maintain an innate ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.Customer Service Representative essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Customer Service Representatives are required to be at assigned work area at the start of shift.The Customer Service Representative must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, ie Word, Outlook, and Excel.Customer Service Representatives must be proficient in data entry and typing proficiency 38 wpm.Provide accurate customer information to internal and external customers.Customer Service Representatives maintain detailed and precise customer and/or client note documentation per each account.Provide general office support to executive staff.Preferred Education and Experience Required: High School diploma or GED1-2 years experience as Customer Service Professional ie office support, customer service call center, customer service assistant, and administrative support.Must be available to work assigned work schedule Monday through Friday and/or weekends per business needs.
